Surge also uses PC (polycarbonate) lenses, which is a huge upgrade over traditional TAC lenses. Surge lens material is injected around our Hi-Fi (high contrast) filter to prevent layers from separating which can be common in humid high temperature locations or if you store your sunglasses in your car.

To keep your lenses clearer with less effort, the oleophobic lens coating adds a barrier that makes wiping smudges effortless and helps extend the life of your lenses.
