The Classic Series frame material is TR-90 Grilamid this is a lightweight durable tried and true sports nylon. The classic series utilizes the same Helius lens system as in our famed Leviathans which are the pinnacle of eye-wear technology. 2016 marked the 2^nd generation of the world’s most advanced lens technology, the Helius 780 or H780 IR (Infrared Reducing) lens system.

Based on our famed Helius 2.2 Polarized Lenses, this new Infrared filtration technology offers protection from the harmful effects of infrared radiation. The H780 lens will reduce eye fatigue, enhance color acuity, reduce more glare and add color brilliance all while eliminating IR distortions and internal heat to the eye!

The RCI Optics lens also blocks 100% of the harmful UVA, UVB and UVC.
