• Prescription Eyewear Replacement Program: Prescription orders are eligible for (1) broken replacement within a year of date purchased. • Returns & Exchanges: Prescription orders may be returned by contacting the optical team within 30 days of purchase for a refund or (1) remake if unsatisfied.  You may email our team using the form here.
